Most people have been referring to this gloss as a pinkish color, but on my lips it looks straight up peach. The texture is nice and it seems to stay on longer than most other glosses. I would definitely repurchase the product, but maybe not in this exact shade. I have to be very careful when wearing peach tones, they can sometimes look strange on me, so when i do wear this gloss I don't wear a lot of it.

Very moisturizing and the colour is a brighter shade of my own pigmented lips. Pretty and flattering. The smell, while sweet, is not too sickly. I enjoy wearing this, maybe more than my Bourjois Effet 3D gloss in Rose Symbolic. Will buy again, but this comes in a rather large tube so it'll be a long time before I finish this one.

I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this yet. This is my absolute no. 1 HG lipgloss. The color is perfect, very MLBB. Whenever I don't know what gloss to wear I always reach for this one. The formula is smooth and moisturizing, not sticky and the price is right. Definitely one of the best cosmetic products from Neutrogena I have already bought this gloss twice, which is a big deal since I never buy glosses more than once. I do believe they have recently changed the packaging for this so maybe the tube doesn't leak anymore.

nice, pinky nude color. i expected a clear gloss, but a bit of pigmentation was a pleasant surprise.
lasting power isn't that long since its sorta like a balm & gloss like another MUAer said. i have to reapply every.. mebbe 2-3 hours?
and it does leak. took one lippie off for that.

I like the quality of the gloss itself. It goes on rather thick, but it doesn't feel sticky to me. Instead, it feels moisturizing (just like it advertises). My lips feel softer after using it, which is a plus. It's basically a mixture of a lip balm and a lip gloss, which is both a good and a bad thing.

When I first apply the gloss, the shine is gorgeous. It's a very flattering shine that is perfect for a day look during work and school. Because of the product moisturizing my lips, though, I have to reapply it quite frequently. This is due to my lips practically "drinking" the gloss, which makes it fade away quicker than a normal gloss would.

The color of this gloss is very nice, actually. I feel as if I can wear this color with any makeup look. It warms up my face nicely, which is a great thing for my pale skin. The color also strikes me as a "natural beauty" color, which means that it's easily wearable if you aren't wearing any other makeup at all.

For the longest time, I couldn't pinpoint what the gloss smelled like. Once I read several reviews saying that the scent resembles a blueberry muffin, I have to somewhat agree. I can pick up that scent, but I also pick up a plastic-y scent. It isn't terrible, but it isn't great. The point is that it doesn't bother me whatsoever. Luckily, I can't taste anything in this gloss, because if the taste resembled the scent, I'd probably gag.

One of the worst things about this lip gloss is the packaging. It looks plain and simple, which is perfectly fine. The problem with it is that the gloss can leak out, which I think has something to do with the square shape of the tube. Usually when I use this stuff, I keep it in a separate ziplock bag so that it doesn't make a mess in my purse.

This was my HG gloss back in my highschool days. I couldn't live without this stuff back in the day. Now that I've used other glosses, my opinion on this has changed quite a bit, though I still continue to buy it. Overall, this is one of my favorite Neutrogena makeup products.

My basic gloss. A very pretty pinky, nude color. I like its light scent, it smells like blueberry muffins (from Betty Crocker, the dry mix) to me for some odd reason... I was expecting a sheer gloss, but there's actually some pigmentation. A nice surprise. Will repurchase when on sale; I'm not a fan of $7 drugstore lip glosses, no matter how pretty the color.

Very pretty, neutral peachy-pink in color. Sheer, fair pigmentation, no glitter/shimmer/frost, just shine. Need to re-apply quite frequently. Not sticky or drying. Very good everyday, natural looking gloss.

It works for what it is; DS lip sheer, nothing fabulous, buy useful for those of us who want a bit of color that doesn't have to be applied carefully. I keep it by my keyboard at work and use it during the day.

Very pretty pink-nude gloss with glassy shine. It gives my lips a natural looking flush. Love that there's no shimmer or glitter as I hate glitter on my lips. The only thing is, I gave 1 for packaging quality because Neutrogena lip glosses leak. And stain the inside of my purse. And I really love my purse. I haven't found a solution yet for that, so for now I can't carry it around with me in my purse, so I can't reapply once I'm out of the house, and you know how long lip glosses last when you're out eating, talking, kissing, etc. Sigh. If only they didn't leak, I'd give it a 5.

I really like this product! I'm not really sure how to describe the color, but I guess it's a pinkish-brown. definitely a "my lips but better" shade. it's not at all sticky but keeps my lips moisturized and gives a nice shine that's pretty but not overwhelming. extremely versatile; good for any color clothing or makeup, for any time of year. I'd totally buy it again.

I think the color is lovely, and the amount of shine gives a pretty and polished look. I also like the squared-corner container, as it is anti-roll-off-the-counter.
However, the candy-plastic smell is not appealing, and I really do not like the thick stickiness of the product. It shines, alright, but it feels sticky instead of actually hydrating.
Since lip products have to feel comfortable for me to wear them, I won't get this one again. I just hope I can find a similar color offering in a different formula.

Omg. This is what I wanted VGV to be. This is similar to what I saw in my sister who wore VGV and looked so good in it. While that looked brownish on me, this one looks.. slightly pinky nude, ever so slightly beigey peach. On my sister, it looked more pinker than on me (she is about NC30 while I'm NC15). There ARE shimmers, but they are very subtle, almost like there isn't any. I have never said this before but this is definitely MLBB for me. Gives a healthy shine, nothing over the top like the Lipglasses. Not sticky as Lipglass, but not runny like Lipsmacker. It does have a slight weird taste but it's tolerable (I'm really sensitive to tastes), and the smell is something of a fruity nature, quite pleasant IMO. I took one lippie off because I personally prefer sticker glosses for the staying power.

I love love love this lipgloss! I have tried many expensive lipglosses and I keep coming back to this one. The color is so pretty. I can use it with my day look and with my night look as well. Next to Mac's lipgloss in Electralush, this by far my fave color!

I'm not usually loyal to brand or color when it comes to lipglosses (there are so many out there) but I'm on my second tube and its the one I reach for most frequently. I don't find it sticky at all (I guess I am comparing it to M.A.C. Lipglass) and the color has great longevity. I have have dry lips and when I don't have my Chapstick handy I'll just apply this and my lips feel fine. I am MAC NC42 and the color looks neutral, SLIGHTLY Barbie pink but not in an obnoxious way.

Am I the only person in the world who cannot make this gloss look good on them? I have neutral, high contrast coloring (dark hair, pale skin) so I can wear most colors, but this stuff just turns muddy on me - it becomes less pinky brown and more orangey brown. Total disappointment. I gave it two lippies instead of one because I love the MoistureShine formula, and I love pretty much every other shade in the line.

i bought one of these in 'flirt' in may of 2008 and just bought 'first blush' last week.
'first blush' is definitely my favorite. I can wear it alone and it looks like my lips but nude-y pink and moisturized. These glosses smell like Popsicle sticks but i can live with that.
they taste like nothing. The packaging is sleek, minimal, and not tacky looking. that's another plus/
what compelled me to buy this was the reviews on here. I didn't really fully believe the hype but i bought it anyways.
A gloss that is nude yet soft pink that will show up on my pigmented lips and is SUBTLE but not transparent??!
ptfff. when pigs fly. But i enjoyed comming on here every week to see the new rants and raves.
i waited awhile before i got 'first blush' because i was looking at the revlon natural blah blah lipglosses. I shouldn't have waited so long!!
    this color is AMAZING.
Put a dot of mineral power blush in true peach on top of it and it is downright UNBELIEVABLE.
yesterday i added a bit of H.I.P jelly balm (in delectable) over it and it was too pink for my liking but coming up with different combinations is so much fun.
i have yet to try it with any of my mother's lipsticks yet but i'm looking forward to it.
this color is very versatile and can be worn in many different combinations but i still lurrrve it by itself.
this gloss is sticky but not mac lipglass tacky. It does get stuck in my hair but doesn't FEEL sticky when i rub my lips together.
    feels like...i don't know. moisture goodness =D
    t
hese do moisturize my lips (not as much as jelly balms) but sadly unlike 'flirt', this one doesn't leave a stain =[

i wear it when i feel like my eyeliner is heavy or if i want to look 'natural' (which is nearly everyday)
i still have over 70% of my 'flirt' gloss left.
    i'm guesstimating b/c i can't see through the tube.
if it weren't for the slight subtle shine, you couldn't even tell i'm wearing lipgloss.
I've been searching for a lipgloss or balm that will do this for over a year now and i've finally found it.
    best $6.64 i've ever spent.
    really good job neutrogena.
Now add a peachy orange shade and i'll give you my first born/

I normally have a hard time wearing lipgloss because the color changes on me or does not flatter my skintone well. First Blush is amazing I've been wearing this color everyday. It looks natural, yet polished...Does anyone know of a lipstick that would match the color of First Blush? I just love this color!

This is my favorite lip gloss my natural everyday look. I love this stuff, I've been buying it for over 4 years now. It really brightens up my complexion and complements my skin tone. It's semi sheer and adds a natural pink/coral gloss to my lips. And its a good price, compared to the high end make up I usually buy. HOWEVER, i did take out one lippie, because the color fades with in half an hour or so. I have to reapply ever half hour! But, this is the one I'm probably going to always use until i find a lip gloss with better staying power.
